June beauty favourites

My June beauty favourites, another month has gone so quickly, summer has finally arrived in the UK and I have been trying out some new summer beauty products this month. I am really keen to protect my skin in the sun but I hate the feeling of greasy skin, it makes me feel even more hot and bothered than I was before I applied it.

Polaar – My new sun beauty fav is Polaar Shield skin Very High Protection Sun Cream SPF 50+.  It smells really lovely and not at all like a sunscreen, it’s lightweight and non-greasy, it absorbs into the skin really well.
If your fair skinned and not great at building a tan, this sunscreen boasts an exclusive active ingredients accelerate the natural tanning process by activating melanin synthesis. It’s a win win!

Glossier Invisible shield – I had read a lot about this product. It was called out to be the must have sunscreen for sensitive skin. As I have become older I have noticed that oily or heavy products don’t sit well on my skin. As we all should be wearing sun screen on our faces everyday I have been searching for the perfect product.
The benefits for me was that it is breathable and protective. Glossier say “It’s not optional” This is a sunscreen for people who hate wearing sunscreen. Sounds perfect! I have tested this and can totally agree, the clear water formula absorbs really well into the skin and you totally forget your wearing it. It’s applied over your moisturiser and is now an essential part of my skin care.

Schwarzkopf Professional BlondMe Instant Blush -Steel Blue – This was a game changer find! I recently attended colour world and watched all the amazing pastel tones that Schwarzkopf were creating and could not believe this was a spray. My hair tends to go quite yellow in the sun, I do use toners but time stops me from doing it as much as I would like. Then I discover this! You just spray in, blow-dry your hair and it lasts 3 washes. L.O.V.E!
My hair was an amazing ash/grey tone which I loved. As a typical hairdresser I over sprayed my hair and it did feel a little tacky when blowdrying but once dry it look amazing! This does only work on blonde hair, you won’t get any results on dark hair. It comes in different tones and perfect for us not committal girls!

Charlotte Tilbury – Filmstar Bronze and glow. I don’t seem to have much luck with make-up and yet again I have lost my bronzer. I usually use the Too Faced bronzer and was recommended the Charlotte Tilbury one instead. It makes my skin look really luxurious and I love the li-lighter. As you know I am not a fan of the tin man effect but I do love glowing skin. I know it’s a little more expensive than other brands but you can really tell the different and it stays on your skin really well. I have even had compliments on my skin when wearing it so 100% worth the extra pennies.
