ghd #kissthiscancer party

The celebrate our 14 years partnering Breast Cancer Now, ghd threw an amazing party. We have raised £10 million pounds for Breast Cancer charities but this year it just got better with the help of Lulu Guinness. We have collaborated with British designer Lulu Guinness to bring you one of the most desirable stylers we have ever produced!

London’s über chic arrived to celebrate the launch of new limited edition #kissthiscancer pink range with the very fabulous Lulu hosted in the spectacular surroundings of One Belgravia. If your not a fan of pink this party may not of been for you. From the moment you walked in there was an instagram moment everywhere you turned.

On hand for mini blow-dries and styling at the ghd bar were our fabulous ghd brand warriors sharing styling tips. Thanks to Samuel Johnson , Chris Southern, Tilly Penn f and Grant Williams.
If that was not enough we had an OPI nail bar where you could get an all pink mini manicure, then it was straight over to the protest themed photobooth.

There were delicious cocktails and  DJ Maya Jama got the party started. Guests included Ashley James, Montana Brown – and ghd ambassadors Zoe Irwin and Adam Reed to name a few. We were also treated to pink lemonade and floral-topped cocktails, mini pizzas – and the England vs Croatia World Cup semi-final! Not quite in the pink party theme but very well received by the guests.

We were also spoilt in Lulu’s Corner Shop – a cute pop-up packed with must-have makeup treats, Lulu Guinness goodies – and the opportunity for a closer look at the new ghd range, it was a girls heaven!

The guest of honour on the night was designer Lulu Guinness, who has created a lip print duo of stylers and hairdryer for the ghd x Lulu Guinness collaboration. £10 from the sale of each tool will go to Breast Cancer Now, who are funding essential research into fighting the battle against cancer.

A further donation to the cause is being made by ghd, who will give £1 to Breast Cancer Now for every pouting selfie taken and tagged with #kissthiscancerbetween now and October.

There is still time to pucker up

  1. Take a selfie puckering up
  2. load it to instagram and tag @ghdhair @breastcancernow #kissthiscancer

For every picture tagged ghd will donate £1 Help us to beat cancer and pucker up!
